Graphite’s major use is in the production of refractory materials, including refractory bricks, crucibles, continuous casting powder, mold cores, molds, detergents, and high-temperature materials.
1.Prevent direct exposure of graphite products’ sides and bottom to strong corrosive flames.
2.Using an appropriate amount of combustibles and additives will reduce the lifespan of graphite products.
3.When removing slag and adhered coke from the inner and outer walls of graphite products, tap lightly to avoid damaging the graphite products.
4.Graphite products must be kept dry and stored in a dry place or on wooden racks.
5.Before use, graphite products need to be heated and dried in a drying device or near a furnace, gradually increasing the temperature to 500°C.
